Mark Hodgdon's commitment to excellence, attention to detail and dedication to "living life by the right values" is his hallmark for success. After a 43-year career in hotels and resorts - holding leadership positions at luxury properties such as The Phoenician, the Grand America Hotel during the 2002 Winter Olympic Games, Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa, the Ritz-Carlton Huntington Hotel & Spa and the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel - he has turned back to his first love which is luxury property management in Los Cabos. Previously the Vice President of Operations for Del Mar Management in Palmilla for almost 10 years, Mark is passionate about "doing things right" in a boutique setting within the unique and one-and-only Los Cabos setting. He was responsible for property management in Villas Del Mar, Espiritu Del Mar and the opening of Hacienda Cabo San Lucas. Most recently Mark was the Senior Vice President & General Manager of the 2,400 acre, 1,200+ vacation rental property in Northwest Florida - Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Mark is excited about bringing his talents back to Los Cabos Collection to owners and guests who expect the very best and nothing less.

Most recently, Tracy held the position of COO and President for Muy'Ono Hospitality Belize where he was responsible for all operations within the portfolio. Tracy set the standards for service, created the operating plans and worked with the management and staff of each property to ensure an amazing guest experience as well as a well-maintained facility. Tracy is a hands-on manager who prides himself in creating a healthy work environment and providing owners and guests with a first-class experience in one of the world's most exclusive destinations. His passion for Cabo San Lucas has brought Tracy back to enjoy the beauty and lifestyle Southern Baja provides year around. Tracy has lived and worked in Cabo San Lucas for years. While at Villas Del Mar, Tracy prepared to open, launch and manage the Hacienda Residences In Cabo San Lucas. The Hacienda Residences is a premier luxury full-service, ownership villas and condominiums development. While under construction, Tracy worked closely with the sales team developing lasting relationships with the future Villa and Condominium owners. His goal has always been to exceed owners and guest expectations. Tracy priorities attention to every detail and treats the owners assests as if they were his own. Tracy was born into a hotel family with 30 plus years of experience in the hospitality and food/beverage. Most of Tracy career was spent in Hawaii at world famous destinations such as The Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa, The Ihilani Resort and Spa, The Hotel Hana Maui as well as The Kapalua Bay Resort.
